We have 500,000 gallons of water reservoir with springer machine/fire hydrant for fire safety including with other firefighting equipment’s.
We have a very strong fabric sourcing team under a qualified Manager where fabric always remain 25 tons in our stock. We open 150 tons of yarn LC at a time to make stock yarn and advance knitting work. Three dyeing factories do our fabric program on regular basis and we always pay them in advance to do our work on priority basis. This ensures our fabric supply.

Each toll of fabric we do check GSM and color shade, after quality OK pass, fabric is
allowed to cut.

ITEM & QUANTITY DETAILS: Product wise it will change in general, per color 2500-3000 pcs for T-shirt, Tank top, Polo shirt, Hoody, Sweat shirt, Trouser, Shorts, Joggers, Legging & Sports Item. But woven, Sweater, Shirts, Twill pants, Denim pants, Skirt, Cargo shorts, Jacket, Padding Jacket, Rain coat, Vest at per color at least 4000-5000 pcs.
LEAD TIME: 60-80 days for local knit fabric, 90-110 days for imported fabric but depends on product & material sourcing, testing, sample approval with inspections system.
PAYMENT TERMS: AT Sight L/C, TT Payment.

Factory Space: 20,000 square ft. Production Capacity: 300,000 Pcs/month (self factory). Also have Authorize 5/6 factories which production capacity per month above 4 million pcs.

SEWING:
TMA FASHION LTD. has all the facilities, both quantitative and qualitative, to ensure tailoring excellence. The sewing section brand machines of JUKI, JAK, and SHIRUBA.
FINISHING:
TMA FASHION LTD. finishing section is equipped with steam press with vacuum table. The other finishing machineries are needle search, stain removing.
